FAQ’s

Is The Ranch PushChair Accessible?

The Ranch is Pushchair accessible for most parts however it is quite challenging. Being an outdoor nature inspired trail, there are hills, roots and grassy terrain to overcome. Pushchairs with big rubber wheels certainly do a lot better.
Are Dogs allowed?

Dogs are more than welcome on the Ranch even in the cafe, As long as they are nice and kept on a lead at all times.

Do you do Season Passes?

We currently do not, however we plan to offer something similar for the summer holidays. Keep an eye out on our facebook and website.

We currently do not offer any party packages.

**We welcome walk-ins on the day, however each participant is subject to paying 50p more per person. We do this to help manage our cafe, and staff, to have a better idea of the number of visitors we need to prepare for.

Terms and Conditions

Season Pass expires on the 2nd September 2024 Once purchased, your booking account will be activated as a member. You will be able to make bookings on our open days using this account. You will not be able to visit when we are closed You give us permission to contact you via your phone number and email A season Pass will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder, on dates specified that we are open, and with a valid pre booked visit ticket. MVR may refuse entry to any person attempting to use a Season pass which is not their own Failure to use the Season Pass regardless of the number of times a season Pass is used, there are no refunds on amounts paid for the season Pass.
